Terms of service
1. Sale and Purchase of Goods
Luxe Cove ("Seller") agrees to sell, and You ("Buyer") agrees to purchase the products (jewelry, natural stones, candles, home decor, and more) as described at checkout ("Goods") under the terms outlined in this Agreement.
2. Purchase Price
The Buyer agrees to pay the Purchase Price for the Goods as listed on this website at checkout.
3. Payment Terms
The total amount for the Purchase Price is due in full as stated at checkout.
4. Delivery
Delivery will be made in accordance with the Seller's shipping policy, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only, and the Seller will not be held responsible for delays. Goods will be packaged according to Luxe Cove’s standard practices unless otherwise requested by the Buyer.
5. Limited Warranty
Luxe Cove offers a limited warranty that Goods will be free from defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to items with manufacturing defects. Luxe Cove’s warranty policies in effect at the time of shipment will govern any claims.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty/Limitation of Liability
Luxe Cove makes no warranties regarding the fitness of the Goods for any particular purpose, except as expressly provided herein. Luxe Cove disclaims all other warranties, express or implied.
LUXE COVE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR MISUSE OF GOODS. In no event shall Luxe Cove’s liability exceed the net purchase price paid by the Buyer.
7. Force Majeure
Luxe Cove shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, labor disputes, or shortages of materials.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, and both parties hereby consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
